Ab.Acus srl is looking for a target group of users, who generally move on foot on the territory of the city of Turin, to test the features of SilverWay, one of the experiments allowed at Torino City Lab.
SilverWay is an app dedicated to pedestrian mobility in the city. A sort of digital assistant that aims to improve the quality and encourage physical activity through the identification of personalised routes based on the specific needs of users (accessibility, features and quality of the route).
The purpose of the testing is to identify the critical issues related to usability, scalability and quality of the service provided in terms of impact on the daily mobility of citizens and urban usability. During the testing phase, data will also be collected on the mapping of elements useful for the improvement of pedestrian routing.
Users selected for testing will be asked, at the end of the experimentation, to answer an anonymous questionnaire in order to evaluate the user experience, quantify the identified KPIs, usability and integrability.
